Elton Ridge Townhouse Association's Mission is to strive for a place of mutual respect; a safe haven for those who live here and to conduct the affairs of the association in a business-like and professional manner. The Association is committed to showing respect for all residents and to provide a happy conducive environment for all.
Elton Ridge Townhouse Association, established in 1983, is located on Elton Ridge Ct NW, just off of Chalet Dr NW, in Rochester, Minnesota. The townhomes consist of two basic styles: two-story 2-bedroom drive-under design and multi-level 2 and 3 bedroom walk-out design. Elton Ridge townhomes are located in a beautiful setting of 11 buildings with mature trees and landscaping. Amenities included in the monthly association fee are, lawn service, waste management, snow removal, exterior hazard insurance and maintenance of building exterior and common properties. |
